This notice explains how ROTA FLEET LTD handles personal information collected through the Rota public website and waitlist. It does not describe all processing within the carrier platform or future rider app; those services need their own applicable privacy information.

What we collect

When you join our waitlist, we collect your name, email address, company name and the time of signup. To limit spam, we temporarily store a protected, hashed representation of your network address. Our hosting provider may also process technical request information to operate and secure the website.

How we use it

We use your details to manage the waitlist, respond to enquiries and contact you about Rota’s launch and access. Submitting the form requests these updates. We do not sell your waitlist information or use it for unrelated advertising.

Who processes it

We use Vercel for website hosting, Supabase for private database storage and Resend to notify our team of new signups. These providers may process information outside your country. Access to signup records is restricted to authorised people and services.

How long we keep it

We keep waitlist information while it is needed to manage your interest in Rota. We review unconverted entries after 12 months and remove them when no longer needed. Anti-spam rate-limit records older than two hours are cleared when subsequent signup requests are processed.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete your waitlist details, or stop contacting you, by emailing hello@rotafleet.com. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request.

Cookies and analytics

This public website does not currently use advertising cookies or third-party analytics trackers. Following a link to another service may bring you under that service’s privacy practices.
